There really is something for everybody, so do get involved. Most of them just require you to rock up on the day, but others need to be booked in advance. Why not take a look now so you don’t miss out?

E1: Southend City Community College Students' Exhibition
A selection of students’ work from across the Community Learning provision and BTEC L1 and L2.

E3: Primary Schools' Exhibition & Chalk Festival
Primary school children 'Showcase' their creativity in a wonderful celebration of our community’s budding artists. Nine schools have submitted their pupils’ artwork for an event not to be missed! Visitors are also invited to make their mark at the Chalk Festival, an event for all the family taking place in the playground behind the school.

E4: Secondary Schools' Art Exhibition
Our hugely popular Secondary Schools’ Exhibition is back, with another opportunity for the public to pick their favourite work on display. Prizes and certificates of commendation are up for grabs for the artists whose pieces attract the most votes.

E5: "My Invisible Backpack - What's in Yours?"
“My Invisible Backpack – What’s in Yours” by Havens Hospices features inspiring artwork created by children and young people who are supported by the Wellbeing Team. It explores their hidden feelings, emotions and the weight they carry each day facing grief.

E7: Coffee and Creative Night
Join Craig Hallums for fun and loosely guided drawing exercises, alongside hot drinks and cake, at this FREE creative social event at The Phabulous Cafe. For all skill levels, just bring your materials of choice (pencils and paper will be provided). Food and drink available for purchase.

E9: Come Fishing!
A fun workshop where you will decorate a glass fish to create a beautiful hanging ornament. Fish will be kiln-fired after the event and can be collected at a later date.
